CompHealth is assisting a well-established and growing practice in Ohio with their search for a pediatrician. This mostly outpatient position includes limited inpatient duties such as C-sections, delivery coverage, and newborn rounding. Practice Info Join 4 pediatricians and 2 NPs in an outpatient setting Full-time pediatric hospitalist on staff See an average of 25 patients per day in the office Responsibilities Provide mostly outpatient care Cover C-sections and delivery when requested by OBs Perform newborn rounding Compensation Competitive compensation package with RVU and quality bonuses Salary range $150,000-$280,000 annually Benefits Medical benefits Vacation/holidays Student loan repayment Sign-on bonus CME time and/or stipend Retirement plan Malpractice insurance with tail xmvmafu Shift & Schedule Work Monday through Friday Cover 1 evening per week Saturdays are covered by NPs 1:5 call schedule, 1 night per week and every 5th weekend When on call, you do not have to come in to see patients in the office Requirements Spanish-speaking is a huge plus
