Position Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative assistance, including operating room setup, patient positioning, and instrument handoffs
• Deliver outstanding pre- and post-operative care, which entails administering medications, wound care management, discharge planning, and patient education

Education Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgical practice is highly desirable

Certification Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
