Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join a leading supplier to the refuelling and lubrication industry. This role will be responsible for driving new business and managing key accounts across QLD, primarily within the mining and heavy vehicle sectors. You'll be promoting a broad range of products and solutions including workshop equipment, diesel and AdBlue tanks, fuel systems and general range products. This is a hands‑on, road‑based role focused on growing market share across QLD. You'll spend your time in front of customers, identifying new opportunities, building long‑term relationships and developing a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders across WA. Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities to grow market share. Build a thorough understanding of the company's products and solutions and confidently present them to customers. Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive business development. Provide solution‑based recommendations that meet customer needs and deliver commercial outcomes. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to project delivery. Key Requirements Minimum of three years' experience in business development or external sales. Proven ability to build long‑term customer relationships and consistently achieve sales growth. Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills. Experience using CRM systems and managing an active sales pipeline. Self‑motivated with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your territory. Experience within the lubrication, refuelling, fuel storage, tanks, workshop equipment or related industrial sectors will be highly regarded.
