Job Title Vos missions en quelques mots Main Activities The position holder is part of the delegation's general staff. They report to the Head of Support and Piloting (RAP), who is the head of the general staff. 1) Administrative Management In this role, they will provide administrative support to the interregional delegate. 2) Maintenance and Housekeeping Management In this role, they will: Monitor the maintenance of premises: regularly conduct site inspections and, if necessary, have external contractors prepare estimates. Monitor maintenance contracts and renewals: supervise external contractors and ensure the proper execution of their interventions. Serve as the entry point for the real estate department and the information technology and telecommunications department for local interventions and work. Serve as the entry point for the condominium manager and participate in general assemblies. Provide support to the prevention assistant and the occupational safety and health engineer. Manage the archives. 3) Management of the Delegation's Vehicle Fleet In this role, they will: Act as the reference point for the vehicle park. Deploy the O'Drive tool and oversee its use and monitoring. Monitor the condition of vehicles in compliance with current regulations and their use (maintenance, control visits, alert the delegate or their deputy in case of problems). Monitor vehicle returns to the domain (send dossier, cancel associated services for vehicles). Provide monthly reports on vehicle park usage and participate in meetings or webinars on this subject. 4) Management of Supplies and Equipment In this role, they will: Manage the telephone system. Manage the stock of technical and administrative supplies (orders and deliveries), maintain inventory, monitor consumption. Manage consumables for shared printers and the franking machine. Monitor a few household appliances for the delegation. 5) Contribution to Internal and External Communication In this role, they will: Update the delegation's intranet information. Contribute to the preparation of the delegation's monthly internal newsletter. Take charge of and develop internal and external communication for the entire delegation. Organize events related to the delegation's life and for each department (e.g., network animation meetings).
