Missions You will, on the intercommunal territories under your charge, implement, alongside the head of the office and their deputy, the territorial application of 4 major state policies in the field of housing: the application of article 55 of the Solidarity and Urban Renewal Act (SRU), the implementation of local housing programs (PLH), the mobilization of public land for the benefit of the housing supply, and the follow-up, in partnership with the Cabinet of the Prefect and the Departmental Council, of the implementation of the departmental scheme for the reception of travelers. You will be a key contact for one of 4 major policies on the entire territory of Essonne. Hierarchical liaison: You will be under the hierarchical authority of the head of the office (10 agents including 2A, 1B+, 5B and 2C) and under the functional authority of the deputy head of the office in charge of territorial housing policies. Internal relations: BPTH office, other units of the SHRU and Service Territories and Prospective (STP) External relations: Local authorities (EPCI and municipalities), prefecture and sub-prefects, social landlords, DRIHL, DRIEAT, DDETS, study offices, Departmental Council, EPFIF Profile Sought Higher technician in sustainable development or administrative secretary with an interest in housing policies and the cross-cutting nature of the office's missions. Technical skills: - Knowledge of public policies and housing issues would be appreciated. It will be developed within the position. - Mastery of office tools (Open office, word, excel) and data processing with spreadsheet.
