Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory testscovering disciplines like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols.

Evaluate test outcomes for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and conduct regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Support specimen collection and sample preparation for testing when necessary.

Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, mentor new staff or students, and maintain high laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a tidy and secure work environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation prerequisites.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.

Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
