Education

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health field alongside preparations for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire date.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification is required throughout your employment.
