Your Mission - What You'll Achieve

• Conduct both routine and complex laboratory tests across disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, all while adhering strictly to established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for accuracy, diagnose technical issues, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document procedural details meticulously, provide training for new hires or students, and help maintain the highest lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health field, combined with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

Certifications

• Pursue ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain up-to-date certification for the duration of your employment.
