Responsibilities - Your Mission

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests across various departments such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and ensure optimal functioning of laboratory instrumentation through regular maintenance and calibration.
• Contribute to specimen collection processes and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, assist in training new personnel, and help uphold standards of quality in the lab.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment by complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree, alongside ASCP or AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain professional certification throughout your career with us.
