Bartender

Jean’s is seeking experienced, energetic bartenders to join our team. We’re looking for hospitality-driven people who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and know how to create a great guest experience from the first drink to last call.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Provide warm, attentive, and professional hospitality throughout service
• Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail, spirits, wine, and beer offerings
• Handle high-volume service while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail
• Set up, maintain, and break down the bar each shift
• Keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
• Process guest checks and payments accurately
• Work closely with the bar, floor, and management teams to ensure smooth service
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, lounge, or nightlife environment preferred
• Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills
• Ability to stay composed, organized, and efficient during busy service
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must meet all applicable requirements for serving alcohol

Availability

This position requires late-night availability, including weekends and holidays . Candidates should be comfortable working closing shifts and maintaining a high standard of service throughout the night.
