Exciting New Product Launch Join the Journey Inspire the Vacation Lifestyle At Capital Vacations we create unforgettable vacation experiences for families nationwide Our Voyage Sales Representatives play a vital role in welcoming new owners into the Capital Vacations family by delivering exceptional service building meaningful connections and guiding guests through the benefits of vacation ownership If youre passionate driven and love helping people discover their dream vacations this is your opportunity to shine Position Summary The Voyage Sales Representative engages with guests after their full presentation with the goal of converting them into proud Vacation Club Owners This role focuses on educating guests presenting ownership benefits and inspiring the value of long term vacationing with Capital Vacations Principal Duties & Responsibilities Present clear compelling information on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital VacationsIntroduce guests to our 10 Year Term Product and explain its advantagesBuild a personalized vacation vision that aligns with each guests lifestyleDemonstrate the long term value of ownership within the Capital Vacations portfolioUphold company standards of professionalism and customer carePerform other duties as assignedRequirements High School Diploma or GED preferredMust have or be willing to obtain a TN Timeshare LicenseFlexible schedule including weekends and holidaysAbility to maintain a minimum 10 closing rate measured through monthly sales performanceHigh level of professionalism and integrityOutstanding customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyHow Youll Be Rewarded We offer a comprehensive range of health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week designed to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us Capital Vacations benefits include Medical Dental and Vision CoverageFlexible Spending AccountsLife and Accident InsuranceDisability Coverage401kExclusive Travel DiscountsReady to make an impact Apply today and start your journey with Capital Vacations
