Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: Ranges from $250,000 to $315,000.
• Student Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000 available.
• Pay Structure: Competitive salary with an annual performance bonus and regular salary increases.
• Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually, including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid federal holidays, and a potential 5-day paid absence for CME.
• Retirement: Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) and a federal 401(k) with contributions up to 5% from the organization.
• Insurance: Federal health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care insurance (many programs can be continued into retirement).
• Licensure: Must hold one full and unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory.
• CME: Potential reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year (must be full-time with board certification).
• Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage included.
• Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and minimal restrictions on moonlighting.
