Logistics Support Coordinator

Job Description The primary focus of this position is the ability to prioritize, organize and implement logistical projects in support of the EHS Facilities Client Support Manager. The temporary logistics support coordinator has strong hands‑on skills and is comfortable using tools such as cordless drills, levels and tape measures. The role requires the ability to lift 35–50 pounds on a regular basis. Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing daily mail throughout the assigned building. Deliver incoming packages from UPS, FedEx or other courier services to agencies within the building. Set up and break down conference rooms as requested by agencies. Set up and break down office modular fixtures when required. Travel to multiple sites as needed, such as 1 Ashburton Place in Boston, 40 Broad Street in Boston and 100 Hancock Street in Quincy, to assist with mailroom and logistical operations. Work effectively with multiple EHS agencies. Input data into the CA facilities ticket system. #J-18808-Ljbffr Dutech Systems
