Moser Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is looking for the perfect candidate to join our family oriented TEAM. The office is growing with a new associate doctor and a new location in Lockhart. Ability to travel to both locations as needed.
EXPERIENCE in General Dentistry Front Office is a must. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT WORKED IN THE DENTAL FIELD IN THE PAST.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Manage the schedule, schedule patients over the phone and in person, and strive to have every time slot for the doctor and hygiene team filled.
- Fill late cancellations or no-shows with quick-call patient list, keep this list updated.
- Appointment confirmations.
- Utilize an effective courtesy call system that reinforces commitment to appointment times.
- Employ on-going, online communication strategies to keep patients interested and accountable for their next appointment.
- Verify insurances.
- Create treatment plans and present to patients.
- Maintain all computer records to the highest standard.
- Prepare for morning huddle.
- Utilize excellent verbal skills. Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
- Coordinate with the clinical team for a seamless delivery.
- Effectively maintain a continuing care pre-appointing system that inspires patients to schedule and show-up for their appropriate hygiene intervals.
- Be prepared to collect any monies due, according to financial arrangements made by the Financial Coordinator.
- Hand out business cards, ask patients for referrals and online testimonials.
- Participate in all team meetings by being prepared with assignments, offering insight into trends, statistics, and engaging in brainstorming activities to support the practice goals.
- Actively participate in all social media strategies that reinforce the brand and marketing strategies of the practice.
- Actively participate in all CE/Training opportunities to expand your skill set.
DENTAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Open Dental Experience with the software is a plus.

Monday-Thursday 7:45am - 5:15pm
Fridays 8:00am- 12:00pm
EXPERIENCE
-2 Years of General Dentistry front desk experience required.
