Requirements

• Required certification: Tele Step-down
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years required; must show 1:5 ratio experience in Work History section for SD or PCU (ICU experience does not count) 2. Cases: COPD, CHF, Pneumonia, Flu, Sepsis, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Post Covid patients with trach/vents, bipaps, high-oxygen requirements 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; must be able to read and interpret strips; must pass online EKG tele competency assessment before starting 4. License: Any state RN license accepted; can apply for temp license on offer (5-10 days); compact license accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 36 or 48 hours; must be available every other weekend/holiday; traveler will be first to float 8. RTO: Request with initial submittal only; no RTO added after offer; manager's discretion; maximum 14 days allowed; must be on front page of application 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 18-24 average hours during orientation, up to 8 hours annually; up to 24 hours billable; self-reported to manager 13. Travel Experience: Preferred 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Premier Health reserves right to cancel 2-3 shifts due to low census and can cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice. Nurses fitted for N95 prior to working unless PAPR offered.
