During this trial, nurses may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the status of the trial.36 or 48 hours**Must have vent exp and EPIC experience** **Targeted patient ratios are 1:4, but they can be up to 1:5-6** Must have the following requirements: Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment. BLS, ACLS required- must be able to read and interpret strips Must have Vent experience Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred Travel experience preferred Floating and Other Requirements: Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion. Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters. It will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to. If assigned to MVH, this could include floating main campus (Dayton) south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus.
