Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
• Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
• Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
• Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
• Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
• Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
• Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas

Required Qualifications:

• 5 to 8 years demonstrated real world experience in enterprise multi-tier application development
• 5+ years demonstrated hands-on experience Informatica
• 5+ years demonstrated experience in software engineering principles - software design patterns
• 5+ years demonstrated hands-on experience in relational database development, SQL server is must
• Comfortable with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts
• Experience designing and implementing REST based Web Service API(s)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with business partners to interpret requirements and design
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers Frontier Finance Technology; Informatica

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Atlassian tool suite is strongly preferred: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Ansibel
• Experience creating software designs and reviewing them with architecture team
• Self-motivated, quick learner who can manage multiple initiatives with minimal direction
• A yearning to understand and leverage new tools and technologies
• Be a team player, self-motivated and able to work collaboratively across organizations and geographic locations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
