NON-COMMISSION pay plan with bonuses based off monthly volume, CSI and customer‑experience incentives Average performing sales consultants selling 15 units per month earn approximately $97,000 annually High performing sales consultants selling 21 units per month earn approximately $150,000 annually Additional bonus opportunities through product penetration and referrals Paid training and ongoing professional development Who We're Looking For: 2+ years of automotive sales, customer service, and/or hospitality experience preferred Proven ability to follow a sales process and close professionally Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to honesty and transparency Self‑motivated, reliable, and team‑oriented Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence What You'll Do: Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers. Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track customers using store specific management systems. Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories. Attend product and manufacturer training courses. Other Details: High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
