• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm schedule; no call, no nights, no weekends
• Outpatient-only position seeing approximately 15 - 20 patients per day
• Fluoroscopy-guided injections including epidurals, medial blocks, RFA, and joint injections
• Multidisciplinary team environment with PAs and therapy providers on-site
• Board-certified or board-eligible PM&R physicians welcome; pain fellowship not required
