Reconstruction Project Manager

Job TitleManage reconstruction projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, production, and closeout. Meet with customers to understand project needs and communicate expectations. Review scopes of work, estimates, contracts, and project requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, crews, materials, and equipment. Monitor project progress and address issues before they become problems. Perform regular job-site visits and quality-control inspections. Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, notes, and updates. Communicate regularly with customers regarding project status, changes, and timelines. Identify and manage change orders and additional work. Work closely with Restoration Project Managers, Estimators, Production, and Administration. Ensure projects meet applicable building codes, company standards, and customer expectations. Review invoices, subcontractor bills, and project costs for accuracy. Keep projects moving forward and hold team members and subcontractors accountable. Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly. Ensure projects are completed properly and closed out in a timely manner.2+ years of construction or reconstruction project management experience. Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial construction. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to read and understand scopes of work, estimates, and construction documents. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Proficiency with technology, email, Microsoft Office, and project-management software. Experience with CompanyCam and/or construction management software is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean record. Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours when project needs require it.Approximately $23M in annual revenue. Established franchise with a strong market reputation.
