Residence Manager
$75k - $80kSt. Vincent's Hospital Westchester
The Residence Manager must manage the daily operations of safety and security. In addition, the Residence Manager must ensure that the building's physical plant is well-maintained and that the program's financial charts (Low Income Housing Tax Credit as well as Housing Preservation and Development requirements) are in compliance. Residence Manager's work schedule includes evenings and one weekend day, and is flexible to meet the demands and needs of the program. Additional Requirements
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred Valid driver's license in good standing Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required. Location: Jamaica, NY Pay: $75K-80K
- Minimum three years' experience in mental health setting.
- At least one year supervisory and administrative experience.
- Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Must have a valid drivers' license in good standing
- Proficient in database retrieval.
