Admissions & Marketing Director

Ozanam Hall of Queens Nursing home in Bayside Queens is a not-for-profit Rehabilitation and Long Term Care Facility served by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm. Ozanam Hall is a Catholic, faith-based home guided by the mission to bring dignity and quality of life to the care of seniors, where "The Difference is Love". We are committed to promote the quality of life of our elderly.

Ozanam Hall of Queens is seeking to hire an Admissions & Marketing Director to lead our admissions and marketing efforts.

We are looking for a creative, compassionate, results-driven, relationship-oriented leader who can drive census growth, develop strong referral partnerships, oversee the admissions process, and deliver exceptional service to residents, families, and healthcare partners. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and is committed to our mission of compassionate, resident-centered care.

• $115K to $125K annually based on skills and experience.

Admissions & Marketing Director Qualifications:

• Nursing License or Bachelors Degree in healthcare management, marketing, nursing or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of admissions experience in a skilled nursing facility, subacute rehabilitation, or healthcare setting.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, referral development, or public relations preferred.
• RN, LPN, Social Work, or other clinical/healthcare experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional and community relationships.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, HMO, and commercial insurance.

Admissions & Marketing Director Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Admissions and Marketing functions, ensuring an efficient and customer-focused admissions process.
• Develop and implement marketing and census growth strategies to achieve occupancy and admissions goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, home health and hospice agencies, senior living communities, senior centers, and other referral sources.
• Coordinate referrals and admissions while ensuring strong customer, referral source, and payer satisfaction.
• Monitor referrals, admissions, census, payer mix, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead and support the Admissions/Marketing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate admissions and marketing reports and provide regular updates to administration and leadership.
