Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 30-minute meal break

Montesano offers access to coastal Washington and outdoor recreation in a quieter small-town setting.
