We are 100% employee-owned (ESOP) and offer outstanding health care coverage and other benefits, including:Affordable Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceCompany paid Life and Disability InsurancePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysPaid Caregiver Leave Program401K Retirement Plan (Traditional and Roth options)Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Career Development ProgramsAnd more…Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.Compensation for this position is $32.00 - $43.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, education and certifications.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, prepare, and review standard government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations.Produce consistently compliant high-quality submissions while delivering exceptional customer service.Search for leads and opportunitiesCoordinate all phases of the pursuit process from kick-off meeting to production and delivery, and proposal closeout.Participate in pre-proposal meetings, kick-off meetings, debriefings, etc.Prepare major sections of pursuits, including but not limited to project descriptions and resumes, tailored for a specific pursuit. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop other pursuit content.Coordinate pursuit production, printing, and delivery, with emphasis on quality assurance/quality control.Provide Marketing essential functions and responsibilities, as required.Complete data entry for Marketing databases, tracking leads, go/no-go, and wins or losses.Maintain visually appealing marketing materials, including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, subconsultant information, etc.Work closely and interact with technical staff, administrative staff, and marketing staff in other offices, as well as outside vendors, subconsultants, and clients.Administrative duties related to marketingGenerate reports for technical staff on marketing efforts, when required.Adherence to JMT's Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015 Marketing procedures.This position does not directly involve social media or communications tasks.Nonessential Functions and ResponsibilitiesPerform other related duties as assignedRequired SkillsKnowledge and experience in the A/E consulting industryKnowledge of the RFQ/RFP structure and proposal processBe able to work independently and as part of a teamBe able to multi-task and work within deadlinesBe self-motivatedBe able to communicate effectivelyBe a team player, contributing ideas and solving problemsRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business, English, or related field, or equivalent years of experience2-5 years of A/E/C experienceKnowledge of the RFP structure and proposal processProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and InDesignProficient in CRM SystemsWorking ConditionsWork is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking.
