IT Project Manager

Job Description Provides overarching leadership, serves as the single point of accountability for all contractual, staffing, status, and issue‑resolution matters. Monitors the status of activities, including scheduled deliverables and tasks. Facilitates efficient project execution, develops project schedules, proactive stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Requirements 7 years of experience managing staff and deliverables similar in size, complexity, and nature. To be considered recent, 5 of the 7 years experience must have been gained within the past 5 years. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Business Organizational Change Management, or related field. Prior government experience is desired. Clearance Requirement Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Compensation Salary range: $140,000 - $157,000/year plus bonus and profit‑sharing opportunities, depending on company and employee performance. Benefits 3 weeks of Personal Leave in first year. 11 paid holidays each year. 5 days of Flexible Time Off each year. 401(k) company match at 50% up to 10% of your salary.
