Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in facility management services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM MT (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM EST)

What's the Job?

• Provide inbound customer service via phone and email to address questions, issues, or service requests related to facility management.

• Create and manage work orders, ensuring accurate documentation and prioritization.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely resolution of requests.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to update on work request status and follow up for satisfaction.

• Utilize CMMS systems to track, distribute, and monitor service requests efficiently.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a maintenance or facilities environment.

• Strong computer skills, including experience with CMMS and web-based management systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous when handling difficult situations.
