RN - Acute Care, Surgical Stepdown

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgical Stepdown, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments. Key Duties: Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members, maintain professional accountability, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN), current RN license in Missouri or with compact licensure, and BLS certification. Prior hospital experience and additional certifications are preferred. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform various physical movements necessary for nursing duties.
