Job Status: Full-time
Job Location: Temple, TX
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Summary:
Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time administrative assistant for a Temple based company to assist case managers with administering services provided by their organization. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for front desk reception and greeting clients and visitors,
- Accept applications and screening them to determine if they are eligible for services.
- Process applications via the ATS systems.
- Answer multi line phone system with heavy call volume.
- Scheduled appointments for new clients, reviews and desk reviews.
- Maintained client files
- Provide clients with proper documentation needed for services
- Responsible for Incoming and outgoing mail processing
- Mailing notices, updating case files, end of month reports and seeking sources to better assist the client’s needs to which the situation brought them into the office
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous 1 year experience in working in social services, public administration or community service programs.
- Must have strong organizational and attention to detail skills to manage confidential client files and tracking strict reporting deadlines for a high volume operation
- Strong data entry, Microsoft Word and Outlook skills are required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
