$20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of client invoices.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to verify billing details and resolve any discrepancies, fostering a seamless workflow.
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation.
• Utilize billing software to input and manage data efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of our billing department.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding billing.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the billing department.

Qualifications:

• Experience in billing or accounting, preferably within a legal environment.
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate billing records with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of preparing and submitting client invoices efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills to assist with daily billing operations.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating billing matters with partners and staff.
• Proficiency in using billing software and maintaining spreadsheets and reports.
• Ability to provide general accounting and administrative support as needed.
