Job Description:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gym, including staff management, customer service, and facility maintenance.. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to create a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and functional.
• Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage coaches and front desk personnel. Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage.
• Customer Service: Foster a welcoming environment by addressing member inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Membership Sales and Retention: Work to attract new members and retain existing ones through effective marketing, promotions, and community engagement.
• Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure revenue targets are met. 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in gym or fitness facility management.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices.

- Basic financial acumen and budget management experience.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
