IT Manager - Bisnow

Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of device provisioning, configuration, and de‑provisioning across Windows and macOS platforms using Jamf Pro. Manage identity and access controls through Okta, ensuring secure authentication, SSO, and lifecycle management for all users. Administer Google Workspace services, handling user accounts, groups, email routing, and collaboration tools. Serve as the primary escalation point for IT incidents, troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues. Drive strategic IT initiatives, including process automation, security hardening, and technology refresh planning. Requirements 3+ years of hands‑on experience in IT operations or systems administration. Proficiency with Okta, Google Workspace, and Jamf Pro (or comparable MDM solutions). Strong knowledge of access management, device lifecycle, and enterprise security best practices. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
