Surgical Sales Representative

Job Title: Surgical Sales Representative We have an immediate opening for a Sales Representative with an international manufacturer of biologics and skin-substitute products. This role will be responsible for the sale of an innovative regenerative tissue product line into the operating rooms of hospitals. Compensation and Benefits Base pay range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year Total At-Plan Compensation: $180,000+ (uncapped commissions) Additional compensation includes commissions, full medical/dental coverage, and 401(k) plan. Essential Functions Sell and manage revenues consistent with company targets Work with clients and patients, perform in-service events, and follow up appropriately Report sales and forecasts Maintain all information in the company CRM system Support and help refine/develop go-to-market strategies Advise the company regarding reimbursement issues and overall U.S. strategy Recommend new corporate processes where needed Qualifications Bachelor’s or advanced degree, preferably in Business, Science, or Medical fields 5+ years in medical sales, preferably calling on vascular, plastics, orthopedic, trauma, and/or general surgeons in the operating room Proven experience and high achievement in sales Additional Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Medical Equipment Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Lee Weber Group by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
