Care Team Member

Overview As a member of our Direct Care team, you will help keep our seniors active, engaged, and smiling. This role suits someone who is compassionate, energetic, and comfortable having fun while doing meaningful work. This is currently a part-time afternoon shift, 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM. Responsibilities Provide respectful personal care assistance, including feeding, bathing, and toileting Help participants with walking or using assistive devices Participate in group activities, outings, and daily exercises Dress up in silly costumes and sing or dance (talent optional—enthusiasm required) Lead a group based on your talents, such as athletics, baking, crafting, painting, singing, woodworking, or storytelling Assist with the distribution of meals, beverages, and snacks Qualifications Prior experience in direct care for older adults preferred Ability to assist with personal care, ambulation, and mealtime Willingness to join in on fun, meaningful moments every day Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Experience in memory care a plus Current on CPR and First Aid techniques to ensure client safety Bilingual (Spanish) a plus CNA certification a plus Why You’ll Love Working Here Be part of a startup adult day center and help shape our culture and community Work in a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment where creativity and compassion are encouraged No weekends, evenings, or holidays—enjoy a healthy work/life balance Opportunities to grow as we expand Join a team that values laughter, teamwork, and heart as much as professionalism Come grow with us #J-18808-Ljbffr
