Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in school-based OT, home health, and teletherapy formats highly desirable
• Solid foundation in gross motor skill interventions and pediatric therapeutic techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the needs of diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy sessions to support students' academic and functional goals
• Complete thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each student
• Facilitate gross motor skill development to enhance participation in school activities
• Maintain detailed documentation, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with educational staff, caregivers, and other specialists to ensure continuity of care across settings-including school, home, and virtual environments
• Offer guidance on adaptive equipment and classroom modifications as needed
