Create customized insurance proposals that provide peace of mind. Expectation to work provided leads and self-generated leads. Manage your own calendar to follow up with prospective clients. Maintain an accurate record of client interactions. Identify gaps in existing coverage and suggest solutions that provide better security. Contribute to a supportive office culture where we learn from each other every day. Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Idaho. Strong communication skills to explain complex policies clearly. Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting targets. Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
