Talent Development Consultant

Providing strategic and consultative support, the full-time Talent Development Consultant will guide organizational design and talent strategies while leading projects on succession planning and workforce analytics in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead initiatives related to succession planning, workforce analytics, and process optimization Research and implement best practices in talent acquisition and professional development Collaborate with division leadership to align talent strategies with university and state classification standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Basic knowledge of position management, classification systems, and recruitment processes Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Teams Ability to manage sensitive personnel data with discretion and integrity Working knowledge of workflow optimization and talent management practices
