OPERATION MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager to join our team. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pediatric home healthcare services. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide coaching and training as needed Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain accurate and up-to-date records Manage budgets and financial performance, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing expenses Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and services Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new staff members Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role in the healthcare industry, preferably in home healthcare Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to pediatric home healthcare services Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proven track record of managing budgets and improving financial performance Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Why Work for VigorCare Pediatric Services?
