You’ll thrive in a professionally managed dealership with established processes, strong support, and the opportunity to make a real impact.Step into your future with Rairdon’s today!Compensation: $84,000–$200,000 per year, commission-based3.25% of the Monthly New and Used Vehicle Department’s Gross ProfitResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, hire, train, and develop a high-performing used vehicle sales team.Manage used vehicle inventory, including appraisals, trade-ins, acquisitions, pricing, and merchandising.Monitor market trends, vehicle demand, and competitive pricing to maintain a profitable and market-ready inventory.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve used vehicle sales targets, gross profit objectives, and dealership goals.Track key performance indicators, analyze sales results, and implement strategies to improve team performance and profitability.Work closely with the sales team to structure deals, overcome objections, negotiate pricing, and close sales.Ensure used vehicles are priced competitively and presented professionally to maximize sales opportunities.Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, transparency, and professionalism throughout the sales process.Partner with the service and reconditioning departments to ensure inventory is prepared efficiently and ready for sale.Oversee inventory aging and develop strategies to move vehicles efficiently while protecting dealership profitability.Ensure all sales activities, documentation, and transactions comply with dealership policies and applicable regulations.Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to help sales staff improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and closing performance.QualificationsPrevious automotive dealership sales or management experience strongly preferred.Experience managing used vehicle inventory, appraisals, trade-ins, and vehicle pricing is a major plus.Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a successful sales team.Strong understanding of used vehicle market trends, inventory turn, gross profit, and dealership performance metrics.Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-structuring skills.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals.High energy, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment.Strong customer service skills and a commitment to building long-term customer relationships.Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.Computer proficiency and the ability to work with dealership management systems and online vehicle pricing tools.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.BenefitsMedical, vision, and dental insurance.Voluntary short-term disability insurance.Voluntary accident insurance.Critical illness insurance.Hospital indemnity insurance.401(k) plan, subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements.Paid Time OffAll employees earn one hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked, in compliance with applicable state paid sick leave laws.Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.Following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of RAG PTO on each anniversary date.Join the Rairdon’s Team!If you’re a driven automotive leader who understands what it takes to build a profitable used car department, develop a winning sales team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience, we want to hear from you!Take the next step in your automotive career with Rairdon’s Kia, where performance is recognized, leadership is valued, and opportunities for growth are real.Rairdon Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer.
