Mustang Cat is hiring a Shop Support Clerk to provide administrative support for our Service Department by maintaining work orders, processing billing-related documentation, and ensuring accurate shop records. What You'll Do as a Shop Support Clerk:

As a Shop Support Clerk, you'll support daily shop operations by maintaining accurate work orders, processing service documentation, and assisting with billing-related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Enter, update, and maintain service work orders throughout the repair process
• Review work orders for completeness, accuracy, and proper documentation
• Process billing-related documentation and support invoicing activities
• Verify and reconcile credit card transactions
• Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and assist with job tracking and reporting
• Maintain accurate records and support department reporting needs
• Provide administrative support for the Service team and assist with special projects as assigned
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal departments while supporting efficient shop operations

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with data entry, administrative support, work order processing, or billing-related functions
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting a service department, repair shop, or industrial operation
• Experience working with work order management or ERP systems
• Familiarity with billing, invoicing, or service documentation processes
