Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Searches from the initial intake to the final close.
• Serve as a Client Partner, comprehensively understanding their hiring needs, challenges, and workplace culture.
• Source Candidates Strategically via our unique CRM/ATS system, your personal network, and effective communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to organize candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield long-term benefits for clients as well as lucrative commissions for yourself.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we enhance both our brand and yours.
