We are in search of experienced and entrepreneurial recruiters to step into our ranks as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. We provide top recruiters with the necessary tools, marketing strategy, and operational assistance to scale their achievements and enhance their personal brand.
You will oversee the entire recruitment cycle while fostering robust partnerships with clients. With some of the most competitive commission rates in the industry, your rewards will directly correlate with the value you generate.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Searches from the initial intake to the final close.
- Serve as a Client Partner, comprehensively understanding their hiring needs, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Source Candidates Strategically via our unique CRM/ATS system, your personal network, and effective communication tools.
- Utilize Our Platform to organize candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that yield long-term benefits for clients as well as lucrative commissions for yourself.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we enhance both our brand and yours.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 2–3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
- A solid grasp of healthcare or an eagerness to learn, as we are committed to your coaching.
- Proficient in handling client relationships and successfully closing offers.
- Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided on our platform).
- An entrepreneurial spirit with ambitions to build something substantial.
