Rental Manager

Groundworks New Mexico

Santa Fe, NM

The Santa Fe Woman's Club & Library Association (SFWC&LA), is seeking a skilled rental manager to represent the Club and coordinate venue rentals. The rental manager will demonstrate strong attention to detail and fully commit to running our venues smoothly. Additional Areas of Responsibility: Monitor and respond to phone calls Schedule and conduct showings of the facility Coordinate signing of contracts and collect payments Maintain all electronic and paper records, calendars and forms for the rental business Provide a clean and welcoming environment for renters Set up tables and chairs along with audio-visual equipment according to contract specifications Other Information/Requirements: The Rental Manager will live on-site in the newly refurbished one-bedroom 850 square-foot apartment that includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, private courtyard and parking (Maximum occupancy - two) provided by the Club.
