Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lighting) Architect

Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning) Architect – Local Candidates Only
Location: Dallas, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce FSL solutions.
- Architect robust, scalable solutions that support business field operations including dispatching, appointment scheduling, mobile access, and asset management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize FSL including service territories, work types, service appointments, crews, scheduling policies, and operating hours.
- Define and implement FSL mobile solutions for technicians and service agents.
- Ensure integration with ERP, GIS, telematics, and other enterprise systems.
- Lead solution reviews, design workshops, and technical documentation.
- Mentor developers and junior architects, and oversee code quality and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, data security, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM including 3–5 years in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Deep expertise in FSL data models, scheduling & optimization, mobile solutions, and automation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
- Knowledge of mobile app architecture and offline capabilities in FSL.
- Familiarity with tools such as Copado, Gearset, or other DevOps platforms.
- Salesforce certifications preferred:
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant (required)
- Salesforce Application/System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
