Strategic Lead, Media Data Partnerships

Veeva is looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager of Media Data Partnerships to lead our media data ecosystem, manage existing media publisher relationships, and ensure our 1PC program remains best‑in‑class. What You’ll Do Lead as the primary point of contact for media partners, ensuring they are fully supported to meet the needs of mutual customers. Collaborate with the Client Services team to resolve partner‑related hurdles and ensure successful project delivery. Identify and evaluate inbound partnership opportunities, providing recommendations to leadership based on strategic fit and technical feasibility. Execute partnership paperwork, renewals, and legal processes in coordination with legal and technical teams. Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating and managing project timelines while troubleshooting technical challenges. Align the publisher network with evolving product roadmaps to support new data types and Crossix features. Requirements 3+ years of experience in media, adtech, strategy, or operations within life sciences or technology. Foundational knowledge of the healthcare media ecosystem, including data flows between media owners and measurement providers. Functional understanding of healthcare privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and their application in media and commercial data. Proven experience managing contracting paperwork and working closely with legal teams. Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills to lead partner discussions focused on mutual customer success. Executive presence with strong presentation skills and comfort interfacing with senior leaders at major publishing and media organizations. Quantitative skills to assess datasets and calculate media performance‑related business metrics. Exceptional relationship‑building skills and the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to internal and external stakeholders. Nice to Have Familiarity with existing syndicated data products and data aggregators within the healthcare space. Experience working in a data‑focused environment or with health tech platforms. Proven track record of being an entrepreneurial problem solver and critical thinker. Experience leading complex, cross‑departmental projects in a highly organized and efficient fashion.
