The ideal candidate will have experience administering cloud environments, supporting enterprise infrastructure, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and working directly with clients to deliver reliable, high-quality IT servic es.This role requires strong technical expertise across cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, Windows infrastructure, storage systems, and operational support processes. The Cloud Administrator will participate in system design, implementation, maintenance, disaster recovery planning, performance optimization, and production support activiti Key Responsibilities tiesProvide operational support and administration for enterprise cloud environments including AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP.Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure system availability, performance, and reliabil ity.Analyze client requirements and collaborate with technical teams to define infrastructure and architectural soluti ons.Lead small-to-medium infrastructure design and implementation projects while coordinating with project managers and stakehold ers.Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, and cloud servi ces.Perform system performance tuning, capacity planning, maintenance activities, and version upgra des.Develop and maintain standardized build templates and operational procedures for repeatable deployme nts.Plan, implement, and support production changes while evaluating associated risks and business impa cts.Design and execute disaster recovery tests and maintain system recovery documentation and procedu res.Work closely with vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure service-level commitments are met.Support high-availability environments and participate in incident response and problem management activit ies.Provide technical guidance and leadership for infrastructure projects and operational initiati ves.Maintain documentation, operational runbooks, and technical standa rds.Demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence and customer satisfact ion.
