Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who can:

1. Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate sales personnel.
2. Assist sales personnel by enhancing communication with customer base and outside sales staff.
3. Contact customers in response to inquiries or other customer service issues.
4. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated sales personnel or other departments as necessary.
5. Help coordinate travel as necessary for sales staff and manager.
6. Assist the manager with inventory management as needed.
7. Serve as the local buyer for the location's drop ship orders.
8. Maintain current information and pricing on all active vendor lines.
9. Provide a weekly update of all quotes by sales staff and generate report for management.
10. Review monthly bills, process, and submit for payment.
11. Other administrative duties as assigned.

If you are professional, courteous, detail-oriented, reliable, and teachable then you may be the candidate we are looking for. If you have a high school diploma (or equivalency), one year of administrative assistance experience, and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, we encourage you to apply.

The candidate will be compensated based on their work experiences and skills, with the minimum starting salary for this position being $15.00 per hour.
