Service Advisor
Beckley Chevrolet – Mount Hope, WV
Beckley Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team in Mount Hope, West Virginia. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Explain recommended maintenance and repair services clearly
Prepare repair orders and ensure accurate estimates and timelines
Communicate between customers and technicians to ensure quality service
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain excellent CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Previous Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred (not required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
