Community Impact Senior Process Manager (Richmond, VA)

The Senior Process Manager for Atlantic Union Bank’s Community Impact Office oversees CRA and Fair Lending processes, reporting, and controls across various lines of business. Responsibilities include managing self-assessments, flash reports, and special projects, as well as running monthly LOB management standups and engaging with the bank’s community.Position AccountabilitiesManage CRA and Fair Lending processes and reportingSupervise coordinators on the Community Impact teamConduct self-assessments and manage flash reports.Drive continuous improvement and innovation.Run LOB management system/standups.Perform root cause analysis and drive action plans on problems/concernsCreate monthly, quarterly, and annual PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership teams Collaborate with internal analysts for reports and forecasts.Engage with internal and external community members.Organizational Relationship This position reports to the Head of Community ImpactPosition Qualifications Education & Experience3 – 5 years of CRA experience required.Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.Prior management experience (preferred)Preferred experience with KadinceKnowledge & SkillsWorking knowledge and comprehension of CRA regulations and Fair Lending regulatory processProblem Solving and root cause analysis experienceAbility to work autonomously and lead diverse groups in an ambiguous environmentStrong analytical, process improvement and conceptual skillsRisk Management experienceDemonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software productsAbility to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including Executive ManagementSalary offered will be based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. This position is also eligible to participate in either an applicable incentive compensation plan for the position or a discretionary profit sharing bonus program.
