Why You’ll Love Working Here Mission-driven, community-focused organization Opportunities for professional growth and development The ability to make a meaningful impact in patient care What You’ll Do & Bring As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will support clinical and operational dental functions while maintaining high standards of patient care, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients by answering questions and helping resolve minor concerns Serve as chair-side assistant to the dentist and prepare operatories for procedures Expose and process dental radiographs in accordance with regulations Maintain and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control standards Ensure proper disposal of contaminated materials according to safety regulations Monitor and maintain operatory supplies and assist with inventory control Support both clinical and administrative functions as needed Assist with patient flow, documentation, and completion of records and forms Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members Follow all departmental protocols for patient preparation and discharge Support quality care by adhering to organizational, clinical, and regulatory standards Participate in additional duties aligned with organizational goals and patient care needs What You Bring: High school diploma or GED Completion of an accredited dental assisting program Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to patient care Professionalism, empathy, and commitment to confidentiality and safety Ability to travel between clinic locations and work flexible schedules as needed Ready to Make a Difference?
