Lead Registered Dental Assistant
Fantastic Smiles of Houston is seeking a Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team. Our practice is renowned for delivering exceptional dental care to the community, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and innovative techniques. The ideal candidate for this role possesses excellent leadership skills and a superior chairside manner, ensuring a positive patient experience. Compensation: $25-27 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Availability for occasional Saturday/Sunday shifts for weekend emergency care

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is highly preferred
- Active Texas RDA registration and experience in a lead assistant role, including training and holding other assistants accountable
- Strong chairside skills across general dentistry, prosthodontics, and surgical procedures
- Ability to manage clinical flow: room turnover, sterilization, supplies, lab cases, and keeping the doctor on schedule
- Patient-focused and team-oriented
