Youth Soccer Instructor

Soccer Shots Madison (Dane County) $20–$24/hour | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule Looking for a fun, active part-time job working with kids?

Soccer Shots Madison is hiring energetic, dependable coaches to lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 at preschools, childcare centers, and parks throughout Dane County.

Soccer coaching experience is NOT required! We provide paid training, a proven curriculum, and all the equipment you need. If you love working with kids and can bring positive energy to a group, we'd love to meet you. Why You'll Love Coaching With Us

Current Coaching Opportunities We have shifts available throughout the week, including:

• Weekday mornings: approximately 9:00am–12:30pm
• Weekend mornings: approximately 9:00am–12:30pm
• Select weekday evenings: approximately 4:45–6:45pm

Flexible scheduling available. Coaches do not need to be available for all shifts.

What We're Looking For: Our best coaches are:

• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable leading groups of young children
• Dependable and able to commit to their scheduled sessions each week
• Patient, positive, and able to make learning fun
• Comfortable communicating with parents, school staff, and our Soccer Shots team
• Experienced working with children or excited to learn

Soccer experience is a plus, but not required. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Must pass required background checks and FBI fingerprinting
• Ability to transport Soccer Shots equipment when needed
